Manage Your Season Tickets Online

Discounts at the Concession Stands & Marksmen Merchandise:

All season ticket holders will receive a discount at all Marksmen home games at Crown concession stands (Credit Card payments only) and merchandise (all forms of payment)

STH’s MUST present their digital STH Ticket to receive the discount (no exceptions)
Select merchandise items may be excluded from the STH discount

STH Entrance & Early Admission

Season Ticket Holders will have a dedicated STH entrance which is located at the fast pass lane doors (main entrance)

All STH’s will be allowed to get into each game 15-minutes early (allowing first access to specialty merchandise, giveaways, concessions, etc.)
STH are NOT permitted to bring their non-STH guests through the entrance early
STH Tickets will have colored digital tickets to identify them as such

Exclusive Events with Marksmen Players

Events are held nearly once a month during the season, most of which will have Marksmen players in attendance

Due to travel schedules and time constraints, most events will be held on weekday evenings.

Ticket Exchange Program

Can’t make a game or want to switch to a different game? Our ticket exchange program allows you to do so!

Tickets can only be moved to future games during the season.
The deadline to exchange tickets is 48-hours prior to the start of the game you are trying to exchange.
All ticket exchanges must be done through your online Account Manager

Bring the Brigade Nights

Allows STH’s to receive complimentary tickets (matching the number of seats in their account) to select games throughout the season

STH’s must submit the request form sent to them via email in order to receive BTB tickets
Tickets will be placed as close as possible to your current seats

Largest savings on Box Office Pricing

STH’s will see the largest savings on their tickets, as compared to general single game pricing

In most cases, season ticket holders will see a 25-35% discount through their ticket package!

Exclusive STH Parking Lot

The Marksmen and Crown Coliseum will have a dedicated parking lot that can be accessed only by current Marksmen STH

These spots will encompass the first several rows in the Crown Coliseum North Parking Lot
You must have your current STH Parking Pass displayed in window
Spots in this area are limited and are first-come, first-served for STHs and do not guarantee a spot for your vehicle

Suite Discount

Season Ticket Holders will receive a discount when purchasing Party Suites or Luxury Suites through the Marksmen Office (pending availability)

STH General Policies

All Season Tickets must be paid in full prior to receiving ticket access online
For all Season Ticket accounts on payment plans, Marksmen representatives will attempt to reach out to you after any missed payments
- if two (2) consecutive payments are missed, those reserved seats will be released to the public (If/when payments are made up, those released seats can be re-reserved – pending availability)
There are no refunds on any Marksmen tickets or ticket packages, to include Season Ticket purchases.
- If you wish to cancel your season tickets, any payments that are made towards those season tickets can be used for single game tickets during the applicable season in which the plan was for
Payment plans on Season Tickets are only offered from February to September
The Season Ticket Auto Renewal (STAR) Form must be signed and returned to the Marksmen before you receive access to your tickets

Season Ticket Auto Renewal

All Membership Privileges are revocable by the Marksmen for failure to comply with any of the terms relating thereto, including without limitation, failure to make payment(s) or make funds available for automatic charge hereunder when due. If Member defaults or breaches this agreement, the Marksmen, at its option, may do any, some or all of the following: (A) suspend the Membership license and the other rights granted to Member hereunder without reducing or suspending the license fees, (B) accelerate all Membership fees due for the current Membership Year so that they are immediately due and payable, (C) upon written notice to Member, terminate Member’s right to use the Tickets and any other Membership Privileges provided under this Agreement, or (D) pursue any other right or remedy available to the Marksmen at law or in equity. Whether or not Member’s right to use the Membership is terminated by the Marksmen, the Marksmen may recover damages from Member’s breach or default. If Member’s right to use the Tickets is terminated, Member will still be liable to the Marksmen for damages and the Marksmen may take exclusive possession of the Tickets without liability to Member for damages of any kind.
