FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Fayetteville Marksmen, proud members of the SPHL, announced Friday that forward Graeme McCrory has returned from the ECHL’s New Mexico Goatheads.

Additionally, defenseman Ayodele Adeniye has been placed on 14-day injured reserve.

McCrory, 26, from Oshawa, Ontario, played three games for the Goatheads this season and recorded one assist during his time with New Mexico, and now rejoins the Marksmen ahead of their trip to Athens tonight.

In his rookie season last year, McCrory finished in the top-five on the team in goals, assists, and points with 29 points (11 g, 18 a) and an even +/- through 49 games for the Marksmen, and earned an 11-game call-up with the Greensboro Gargoyles.

McCrory will join the team for tonight’s matchup with the Athens Rock Lobsters.

McCrory and the rest of the Marksmen play in Athens for the first time ever tonight at 7pm ET before returning home tomorrow night for Dia de los Muertos presented by El Cazador Mexican Restaurant. Get your tickets today at marksmenhockey.com
