Mahoney Signed to Amateur Tryout

Fayetteville, N.C-  The Fayetteville Marksmen have added rookie forward Tommy Mahoney, the team announced on Tuesday.

Mahoney, 23, joins the Marksmen after concluding his collegiate career with Assumption College. This season with the Greyhounds, the 6-foot-3, 194-pound native of Braintree, Massachusetts skated in 27 contests registering 27 points (13G, 14A), while being named team Captain.

In all, Mahoney competed in 102 NCAA Division-III games, scoring 68 points (31G, 37A) in four seasons with the Greyhounds.

The Marksmen are home at the Crown Coliseum all month long, starting with a weekend series against the Evansville Thunderbolts on March 10th and 11th. Tickets for each game can be found at www.marksmenhockey.com or by calling 910-321-0123.
