Corporate Spotlight: Fayetteville Academy

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Two organizations so deeply rooted in their community, they keep the city in their first name. That is the idea behind both we at the Fayetteville Marksmen, and today’s spotlight partner in Fayetteville Academy.

While both of our organizations have been in Fayetteville for quite some time, the Fayetteville Academy has been educating the leaders of tomorrow since their doors first opened back in 1970. This private, college-preparatory school on Cliffdale road has only grown in legitimacy and size since then, with nearly 500 faculty, staff, and students.

The Eagles athletic programs include sports like Basketball, Baseball, Golf, Volleyball, and so much more in beautiful facilities. In fact, facilities are something that you’ll definitely notice when you go to Fayetteville Academy, as many of their newer buildings, such as the Alumni Center for the Fine Arts, Lawing Baseball Complex, Wood Technology and Learning Center, and Kishbaugh Center for Writing and Creative Learning were all constructed since 2000.

Keep an eye out for Fayetteville Academy, you’ll see them around many times during the course of the season, between groups and individuals. If you look at the Ribbon Boards and programs, you’ll also see their names.

Fayetteville Academy has been supporting professional hockey in the All-American City for many years, and we’re honored to have them back on the Marksmen team for the 2018-19 season!

The 2018-19 Marksmen Home Opener is October 19th against the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs, and Opening Night tickets are on sale NOW!
