The Fayetteville Marksmen recognize the SPHL and its Board of Governors’ decision to cancel the remainder of the 2019-2020 season, including playoffs. This decision was made to help control the spreading of the Coronavirus. We are taking the health and safety of our fans, players, and staff seriously.
We understand and fully respect that this will be a financial setback for many during this time. This will also be a financial burden for the Marksmen and the SPHL. No team or business can be prepared for a total stoppage or cancellation such as this.
The Marksmen are fully committed to take care of all our fans for the games missed for which they paid to attend. We have categorized each sect of ticket buyers to most easily answer your questions regarding tickets and refunds.
FULL / HALF SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:

FLEX TICKET HOLDERS:
For fans with remaining Flex Tickets from the 2019-2020 season, we will gladly exchange your remaining tickets for use toward the 2020-2021 season. These 2020 Flex Tickets will be available for exchange in the coming weeks.
If your group had purchased tickets to attend one of our final six home games (March 13-15, 20-21; April 3), the assigned group leader will be contacted by their Marksmen Ticket Representative this week with regards to options. For any members of the group, please refer to the group leader for further questions.

The Marksmen are fully committed to take care of all our fans for the games missed for which they paid to attend. To our fans, we ask that you take into consideration the above information and work with us in taking alternative measures into the type of refund you are due. This will significantly help minimize the damage and negative financial impact to our organization in the short and long-term. However, we recognize this situation has a financial impact on our fans and is by no means a requirement. Please choose what works best for your individual situation – we will honor any choice you make.
